This post is both exciting and a little scary! As a lot of you would know, I have been the ‘healthy recipe girl’ or the ‘healthy desserts girl’ since I first published my book, Eat Dessert for Breakfast. And for the most part – I have loved every second! But as I continue to grow, and especially over the last 12 months, I have felt a little too big for the box I have found myself in. I want to share MORE than just recipes, and I know I definitely have been lately – but I still felt the pull to always come up with new recipes for you all.
To be honest, cooking to a recipe and measuring exactly the amount of ingredients needed goes against every cell in my body – I just don’t cook that way! (except when baking – ALWAYS follow a recipe when baking!) So I was starting to find it a real struggle to keep coming up with triple-tested recipes.
I have sooooo much more to share with you all and I have decided now, that instead of a written blog, I will do a YouTube video, a VLOG that will encompass everything from what I cooked for dinner and life’s big questions to photography, essential oils, Nobby (of course!) and everything in between!
