B is for…
Bergamot Essential Oil. The most delicate of the citrus plants, Bergamot requires special climate and soil in order to thrive. We source this oil from Reggio di Calabria in Italy (where my family comes from!) where the Italians have used it for years to reduce feelings of stress and to soothe and rejuvenate skin. Emotionally, it is the Oil of Self Acceptance and helps to relieve feelings of despair, self-judgment and low self-esteem. It’s known for its ability to promote cheerfulness, feelings of freshness and increased energy.
Bergamot oil has unique calming capabilities that can help when tension or stress levels are high. Diffusing this oil can help promote a sense of self confidence when you feel frazzled and tense or a sense of inner peace when stress is running high. Equal parts Balance and Bergamot is one of my absolute favourite blends!
